Well rounded history with many illustrations!I found this book very usefull, because it not only has a lot of pretty pictures, but it also has a chronilogical listing of pinball machines from many manufacturers(Bally,Gottlieb,Williams,Chicago Coin, and a few others). It even has a few foreign machines featured as well!Designers, the tables, the back glasses, pictures of arcades,it's all there!I believe anyone reading this book will enjoy it,no matter if they're looking into the history of the game,or the artwork of the machines!

Plumbing For Dummies®
Published in Paperback by Hungry Minds, Inc (July, 1999)
Average review score:

Worth its weight in reduced plumbing billsFriday night, after our condominium's maintenance service had closed for the weekend, my garbage disposal stopped working. My sink was full of garbage. I remembered someone have given me a copy of this book and looked up garbage disposal. There, in several brilliantly clear paragraphs, Gene and Katie Hamilton told me exactly how to fix my machine using a little gadget that came with the machine that I would never have known had a purpose -- without electrocuting myself or cutting off my fingers. There is nothing more thrilling than fixing something you never thought you could fix yourself. (Here's a situation where the word "empowerment" really means something.) When I think of the times I have paid a plumber a small fortune for a minor fix like this that I could, with the right instructions, have fixed myself...I wish I'd had this book sooner! I am definitely giving a copy of this book to some fellow plumbing dummies for Christmas.

A job just the right size for Matt HelmA red-headed agent that Matt knew from a previous assignment is murdered and nobody knows why. Matt Helm is assigned to find the reason and eliminate the person or persons responsible. A tough job for a tough man but Matt is up to it. Great action scenes in LA and Mexico as Matt untangles a web of intrique and mystery. Another hit for Donald Hamilton.

An enjoyable read to share with little onesPolly's Picnic is a spirited and happy picture book about a young girl who wants to enjoy a picnic by the river - only some malicious guests abscond with her tasty lunch! Soft, almost impressionistic-style illustrations by Sophy Williams and easy-to-read words comprising the text written by Richard Hamilton, wonderfully combine to make Polly's Picnic an enjoyable read to share with little ones, especially right before mealtime or bedtime.

Start your day right.Powerful Words to Live By is a "powerful" book. It's focus is our daily living with God's help. The book addresses our lives completely regarding our work, home, family, and everyday problems. When one reads this book, the feeling is, "How did he know how I felt today". One of my favorite lessons is "Let go of the Anger and forgive"
Mr. Hamilton reminds us of the fact that only God can deal with anger. He points out the damage the anger does for the carrier with no damage to the recipient.

An absolute great bookThis book takes you through the ups and downs of Jordan Grand Prix's 1993 season. From the launch of the car to the last race of the season. And about the struggle to survive against the major, big budget teams of Formula 1. A great inside view of how a (small budget) racing team operates and deals with the pressure of the high tech world of Formula 1.
